Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2025
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. You can change your preferences anytime via Manage Cookie Settings below.
Short version: We only use non‑essential cookies (analytics/ads) with your consent.
1) What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar tech like local storage, pixels, and tags. Some are essential for the site to work; others help with analytics or advertising.
2) How we categorize cookies
- Strictly necessary (essential): Required for basic functions (cart, checkout, security). Always active.
- Preferences (functional): Remember choices like language/region.
- Analytics: Measure site usage and performance (e.g., page views).
- Advertising & remarketing: Personalize or measure ads across platforms.
- Social media: Enable embeds and share features.
3) Your choices
Use the Manage Cookie Settings control to toggle categories on/off (except essential). You can withdraw consent at any time; your choice will take effect on your next page load.
- Browser controls: You can also block/delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break site features like checkout.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: Where supported, we honor these signals as a preference for more privacy.
4) What we use (typical examples)
The exact list may change over time; your consent banner shows the latest.
Essential
- Session ID, load balancing, fraud prevention.
Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 (page views, events; IP anonymization enabled).
Advertising
- Google Ads/Remarketing, Meta Pixel (only with consent; region‑specific).
Social
- Embedded videos and share buttons.
5) Retention periods
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies: typically 1–24 months (see banner for exact lifetimes).
- Consent records: retained to demonstrate compliance (per law) and then minimized.
6) Region notes
- EEA/UK/CH visitors: We show a consent banner that blocks non‑essential cookies by default until you opt in.
- Other regions (e.g., Pakistan, local‑stock countries): We still provide controls and clear information; default settings may differ based on local rules.
7) Manage preferences
Click Manage Cookie Settings to review or change your choices.
Implementation note for the site team: Insert your CMP’s preferences link/button or shortcode here (e.g., [cookie_settings], data-ccpa-link, or a CMP‑provided script). Also link to this page from the banner.
8) Changes
If we add or change cookies or vendors, we’ll update this Policy and the consent banner.
