Welcome to Neutrics Naturals. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”), and your purchase of our products. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Plain‑English note: This document is a business policy, not legal advice. Local consumer laws in your country may grant you additional rights which we honor.
1) Who we are
Neutrics Naturals (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an ecommerce site for dietary supplements and herbal products. Contact options are listed at /contact.
2) Eligibility & territory
- You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your location) to place orders.
- We sell and ship to Pakistan and to countries where we maintain local stock (see Delivery & Shipping). International orders may be available to select destinations.
3) Health & safety
- Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Information on the site is educational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or with a medical condition.
- Always follow the label directions and usage‑safety guidance.
4) Accounts
You may browse without an account. To make repeat purchases, track orders, or manage subscriptions, you can create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities under your account.
5) Orders & acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a Shipment Confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, restricted destinations). Any amounts captured before cancellation will be refunded.
6) Pricing, taxes & currency
- Prices, fees, and promotions are shown at checkout and may change without notice until a Shipment Confirmation is issued.
- Taxes/duties: Domestic taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. For cross‑border shipments, duties/VAT and brokerage fees may be collected by the courier or customs and are the recipient’s responsibility (see Delivery & Shipping).
7) Shipping, risk & title
- Shipping options, fees, and timelines are described at Delivery & Shipping.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.
8) Returns & refunds
Our policy at /returns-refunds explains eligibility, steps, and timing. Where permitted, product price is refundable upon return in resalable condition; original shipping is generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9) Payments (including COD)
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected method for the total due.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in certain countries; we may request order re‑confirmation before dispatch and set value limits or require exact cash. Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or approved local wallet (see Returns & Refunds).
10) Subscriptions & auto‑renewals
- If you enroll in a subscription, it auto‑renews at the stated interval until you cancel.
- You can cancel or change upcoming shipments anytime before the cut‑off shown in your account. Charges already processed for shipped items are not reversible.
11) Product information & availability
We aim for accurate photos, ingredients, and usage information. Minor packaging or label changes may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund the item.
12) User content & reviews
- You may submit reviews, questions, photos, and other content (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your User Content in connection with the Services and marketing (with attribution of your first name and last initial where appropriate).
- Don’t post medical claims, offensive content, or anything you don’t have rights to. We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our UGC Reviews Policy.
13) Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the site or attempt to bypass security, (b) scrape or harvest data without consent, (c) post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or (d) use the Services for any illegal purpose.
14) Intellectual property
All site content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
15) Third‑party services & links
The site may link to third‑party websites or include integrations (e.g., payment gateways, couriers). We are not responsible for those services; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
16) Warranties & disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
17) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your User Content, to the extent permitted by law.
19) Force majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, outages, war, governmental actions).
20) Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. If you continue using the Services after changes, you agree to the updated Terms. Material changes to subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
21) Governing law & disputes
- Consumer rights preserved: Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and aren’t limited by these Terms.
- Default law/venue: Except where prohibited, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
- If local law requires a different forum or process (e.g., small‑claims or consumer protection tribunals), that process will apply.
22) Severability, assignment & entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent. These Terms, plus policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

24) Country/region addenda (high level)
Pakistan: Domestic deliveries via local couriers; COD available subject to limits. Urdu/English labeling; local taxes shown at checkout.
Local‑stock countries (Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia): Domestic delivery from in‑country inventory; returns to local hub; COD availability varies by courier.
Other international: Duties/VAT may apply on import.
These addenda summarize logistics; they do not replace local consumer rights. If a conflict exists, the rule that is more protective of the consumer will apply.
